We are planning a company meeting/outing for Sunday, Oct. 11th.
The meeting itself will be held at Hampton Inn at 5550 Route 132, Gurnee, IL 60031 at 11:00 am. We will not be able to bring any food or drink into the hotel so we will be providing soda and water for you. This meeting is expected to last about 2 hours which should give everyone enough time for any questions, concerns and all other discussion.
We will be doing a video conf. for this meeting for those of you who cannot make it to the meeting.
As for the outing portion of the day we will be going to 6 Flags Great America/Fright Fest. We managed to secure a few tickets at a discount rate of $32.99 (+ tax) = $35.50. The first 15 people to get back to me can reserve one of these tickets if they like. If you are unable to reserve one of these tickets you will have to pay full price ($54.99 + tax) = $59.15. We will be checking periodically for any discounts and coupons they may have. Please keep in mind that we can only get this discount if I purchase them all at once (Buy 20 get 1 free). If you find a better price please let me know, so we can all take advantage.
Rooms will be available at a few affordable hotels near Great America if you should choose to stay the night. I found La Quinta - (847) 662-7600? to be the least expensive. But there are more hotels if you would like to check out all of your options
As of Wednesday, Sept 16th we have 13 people who will be attending and then we would like to have a final head count on Sunday, Sept.20th. All money for your 6 Flags tickets will be due on Sept. 27th to ensure your tickets are purchased in a timely fashion. Money can be sent to me via check or money order.
